Corinne Loison has always loved drawing and painting. She studied at an art school in Paris. Many of her paintings are inspired by the trees she encounters on countryside walks. She often paints trees as they appear but also imagines new ways to depict them, such as in her “Body Tree” series.

While trees are her main subject, Corinne enjoys stepping outside her comfort zone. She explores different ideas and subjects in her work. She mostly uses acrylics but also works with watercolours and ink, enjoying the freedom to experiment with colour.
